We measure the opening before you buy the appliance
It is the most expensive and most common mistake: buying an appliance that turns out not to fit, or that fits but leaves an ugly gap on either side. For $45 we come out, measure, and tell you exactly what dimensions to shop for.
- We measure the real width, depth and height of the opening
- We check the electrical, water or gas hookup
- We work out where the ductwork can run
- You get the measurements in writing to take shopping
The $45 is credited back against the price if you hire us for the installation.

How we work
What an installation with us looks like
1. You call us
Tell us which appliance it is and send a photo of the space. We give you a price and a date on that same call.
2. We show up ready
With the materials, the tools and any parts needed. We protect the floors and cabinets before we start.
3. We install
We pull the old unit, set the new one measured and leveled, and handle the ductwork and the connections.
4. We test it with you
We power it up, check for leaks and play, clean up, and haul away the packaging.
