A cooktop, a wall oven or a dishwasher usually runs one to two hours. A wall-mounted hood, two to three. An island hood or a downdraft vent can take half a day, because the ductwork has to be worked out and sometimes the cabinet has to be modified.

Yes — someone over 18 has to be there during the installation. When we finish we test the appliance with you watching, so you can see it working before we leave.

Yes. We disconnect it, pull it out and haul it away, along with all the packaging from the new one. That's included in the price.

That's exactly why we offer the measuring visit before you buy anything. If the opening still doesn't work, we tell you what has to be modified and what it costs before we touch a thing. We never start a job without you knowing the final price.

Yes — we connect gas cooktops and ovens to an existing gas line and check for leaks. What we don't do is run new gas piping: that has to be done by a licensed gas fitter.

One full year, in writing, on our workmanship. If something fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it at no charge. The warranty on the appliance itself comes from the manufacturer.

Our price ranges are on the pricing page. We lock in the final price before we start, and if something unexpected turns up when we arrive, we tell you and ask before going any further.

We can usually be out within two or three days. If it's urgent, say so when you call and we'll see if we can fit you in sooner.

Yes. We're open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, so it doesn't matter if it's a Sunday morning or ten at night: call or send the form and you'll hear back the same day.
