These ranges cover a standard installation. If something unexpected turns up when we arrive — a duct that has to be opened, a cabinet that has to be trimmed, a hookup that does not reach — we tell you and ask before we touch anything. You will never get an invoice higher than the one you agreed to.

What is included

  • Travel anywhere in Atlanta and the surrounding metro area
  • Haul-away of the old unit and the new packaging
  • Mounting hardware and sealant
  • Leveled and checked with a level, not by eye
  • A working test with you standing there
  • The area cleaned up when we finish
  • 1-year guarantee, in writing

What is not included

  • Construction work: opening walls, ceilings or stone countertops
  • New electrical circuits or panel work
  • New gas piping (that is a licensed gas fitter’s job)
  • Modifying or building cabinetry
  • The cost of the appliance itself

If your job needs any of that, we tell you up front and quote it separately. We work with trusted trades for the things we do not do ourselves.
